I discovered Think Mobile while searching for an affordable phone plan that used the Telstra network – without the high cost usually associated with using it. They offer extremely reasonable plans, and you have the choice of being on the Telstra or the Vodafone network. The most impressive thing about Think mobile is their customer service, and the ease of accessibility to that service. Based in Queensland, Australia, when you call for assistance, your call is answered locally – no outsourced call centres. You get to speak to a real person, usually very quickly. The service is friendly and efficient. Think offers a range of BYO sim-only plans with no lock-in contract! This was the biggest selling point for me, not being locked into anything. I have been with Think for many years now and not looked back. I highly recommend this local, great value Telco!
