I don't often write letters or emails liked this but the service I have received from the Think Mobile Team deserves an email.

I normally hate dealing with telecommunication operators as they often don't know what they are talking about or they lack customer service – this is not the case with Think Mobile.

Every time I have called to make a general enquiry about my account or to find out further information I have only ever received, friendly, quick and professional service – I am treated like a customer!
