You will receive an itemised bill every month so that you can keep track of your calls and any payments made during the month. If you are registered for GST, the bill is a tax invoice that can also be used for business purposes.

If you are a Think Auto-Pay customer, we will either deduct the account balance from your nominated credit card when you reach $100 (or $200 if you have two services on your account), or on the due date stated on the bill whichever occurs first during the month. As a Think Control or Think Unlimited customer, you will need to arrange to pay your bill by the due date.

You can use any of the following payment methods to pay your Think Mobile bill:

  • Bpay
  • Pay by phone
  • Direct debit
  • Australia Post billpay

Alternatively, Think Mobile Selfcare provides you with a secure online environment to manage your account, and to view and pay your bills. Please click here to access Think Mobile Selfcare.
