Billing Options

When you connect to one of the Think Simple 12 plans you can choose from one of these three great billing options:

Think Auto-Pay - Makes paying your bills simple.
With Think Auto-Pay your bill is automatically paid using your nominated credit card whenever your account balance reaches $100 per service, or on your monthly due date. You will receive a text message (SMS) advising you whenever a credit card payment has been made¹. International roaming available to approved applicants on request only. Limit of 2 services per account.

Think Control - Puts you in control of your mobile phone costs.
With Think Control, you can choose an account control limit set at $30, $50 or $100 per service. You will receive a text message (SMS) advising you if your account balance is nearing the control limit. If you exceed the control limit, your services will be outgoing call barred until you make a payment. If you feel you are going to exceed the control limit and still need to make calls, you can make a payment at any time to reduce your account balance². International roaming available to approved applicants on request only. Limit of 2 services per account.

Think Unlimited - Our premium service.
As a Think Mobile customer, you have the opportunity to upgrade to Think Unlimited. This is only available to approved applicants, and enables no monthly credit limits, connection of more than two services on the one account, access to international and premium rate calls, and access to GSM international roaming. If you are on our Think Auto-Pay or Think Control options, you may apply for Think Unlimited, at any time.

1. If you have two Think Mobile services on your account your bill will be paid using your credit card when your account balance reaches $200. You will still receive an itemised bill from Think Mobile once a month which enables you to keep track of your calls and any payments made during the month.

2. The account control limit is per service. For example, if you select Think Control 30 and have two services, the account control limit will be $60. A notification text message will be sent as you approach that control limit. You will still receive an itemised bill from Think Mobile once a month which enables you to keep track of your calls and any payments made during the month. The account balance is the sum of all invoiced charges that you have already received in a bill and which are still to be paid, and all un-invoiced charges that have been incurred but for which you have not yet received a bill.
