Global Roaming

Global roaming is only available to credit approved customers on request only, call Customer Care on 1300 2 THINK (1300 2 84465) to enquire if you are eligible. This service allows you to use your mobile phone when travelling in more than 100 countries around the world. Please remember, whenever you are global roaming, the international emergency call number is 112.

When you are global roaming you will normally pay for both the calls and messages that you make as well as the calls and messages that you receive.
In most cases when you are roaming overseas you will still be able to dial 121 to access your voicemail messages.

However, if you are roaming on an overseas network that does not support this, to access your voicemail you can dial +61 414 121 121 for Think Swift or +61 424 212 121 for Think Classic and enter your personal security code and your mobile number.
