Activate

To activate your service you will need

  1. The Account Number from the email we sent you confirming your order.
  2. The Enquiry Password from the email we sent you confirming your order.
  3. The Control Number is located on the back of the Connection Pack, or on the side of the mobile phone box if your Connection Pack was delivered to you bundled with a mobile phone.

By activating your service, you agree to our standard terms and conditions contained in the Connection Pack.

Activating your mobile number with Think Mobile during business hours (8:00am to 6:00pm) will normally take up to one hour to complete. This process will take longer if you are attempting to activate your mobile number after hours.
